Vines stretch on, spring lingers in the air. We set out to create a robe that embodies the very essence of spring—Chunhuai is not the clamor of peak bloom, but the quiet moment when spring gently returns.
Drawing from the pastoral imagery of Mulberry by the Riverside, we captured a lingering gaze that “makes the plowman forget his work” and wove it into green-gray silk charmeuse. Vines and white blossoms quietly meander across the garment in an all-over repeat pattern, like time naturally growing on the fabric.In design, we reinterpret the concept of the robe with a minimalist trench-style silhouette, freeing Chunhuai from the confines of loungewear. It moves with an ethereal, modern crispness—like a long, wearable poem of spring.
